Sebastian Junger Documentary Wins Grand Jury Prize at Sundance

Sebastian Junger and Tim Hetherington's documentary film "Restrepo" was awarded the 2010 Grand Jury Prize for Documentary at the Sundance Film Festival.   The film follows a single platoon of soldiers at a remote and dangerous outpost in Eastern Afghanistan for the course of their fifteen month deployment.  The soldiers' experience -- a year of intense combat -- is the subject of Junger's forthcoming book WAR (Twelve, May 11th, 2010).
