Sebastian Junger and Tim Hetherington’s documentary film “Restrepo” was awarded the 2010 Grand Jury Prize for Documentary at the Sundance Film Festival. The film follows a single platoon of soldiers at a remote and dangerous outpost in Eastern Afghanistan for the course of their fifteen month deployment. The soldiers’ experience — a year of intense combat — is the subject of Junger’s forthcoming book WAR (Twelve, May 11th, 2010).

Assist president of agency in daily routines, read and evaluate manuscripts, extensive correspondence and follow-up with authors, publishers, magazines, co-agents (film and foreign), management and review of contracts, maintenance of all office systems. Must have good telephone and interpersonal skills as well as multitasking ability. 1-2 years of prior office experience required; publishing experience preferred.
